Pillar 2: Build The Core
he second pillar, building the core, focuses on equipping learners with essential competencies such as: developing and writing Request for Proposals (RfPs), baselining, researching and benchmarking, strategic thinking, designing operating models, developing organization structures, estimating budgets and costs, and doing feasibility studies. By honing these core skills, learners can excel in the consulting field and drive successful outcomes for their clients.
Pillar 2 will help learners:
- Define problems: The pillar enables learners to better develop RfPs which focuses on scoping and defining a problem that needs to be addressed by a team of consultants.
